Catching up...

Isn't it AMAZING to know that just a few years ago, they were so tiny? I remember someone telling me when I got pregnant that "once that baby arrives, you'll never remember what life before them was like". Are you feeling it too?
wait a minute, these guys were babies three weeks ago...

Aww how sweet. They have grown so much just since I started following your vox. :) When did they turn 2? Because the behaviors that you're describing are exactly what we're experiencing with our 2 year 4 month old boy. Good luck mommy, I hear 3's are harder. *cry*

BTW, I'm intrigued by the breakfast cookies! Would you pm me the recipe if/when you find some time? :)

Yes! I have no idea what I used to do all day before I had them!
I know, it's crazy, isn't it? I'm shocked sometimes when I turn around and these little girls are standing there. Where did my toddlers go, much less my babies?
Kelly, they turn three TOMORROW! I've also heard 3 is worse than 2 - heaven help us!

I usually use about half the sugar called for in the recipe. I also sometimes use some applesauce in place of some of the oil. Finally, do not believe the baking time - I find that if I cook them any longer than 8 minutes the bottoms start to burn. They are tasty and a big hit in our house! I usually double the recipe so I have some for the freezer.

Aww, I thought they were much closer to 3 than my little guy, never imagined their birthdays are tomorrow. I hope they have a wonderful day. I think birthdays are the biggest milestones for Mommy! So congratulations to you and Dad. :)

(thanks for the recipe, we'll try it!)

Three years ago tonight, you called in tears to say you were having the babies the next day. And I was excited but a little scared for you.

Fast forward three years and you have three amazing, beautiful girls. And I am so proud of you. You inspire me to be a better mom to my little guy!

Congratulations!
Thank you. :-)
So---when you play the dragon game, who is the dragon? You or Tim?! Speaking from experience, I think the dragon is the best role--the most important character. The dragon really determines the fun-factor. :)
Usually Tim! He is definitely more fun than I am. I usually play the lump on the couch behind which one can hide from the dragon. ;-)
